If you have a grievance against a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) listed company or its intermediary, first approach the company/intermediary to resolve it. If the response is less than satisfactory, you can approach the SEBI. SEBI takes grievances related to issue/transfer of securities, dividend non-payment, and such grievances.
